Historic Home Preservation
A contractor had conducted extensive renovations, both internal and external, on this historic home in Pasadena without proper permits. The City of Pasadena flagged the project, and the owners of the home hired Spot On to correctly complete the renovation. Spot On negotiated a settlement with the city for the illegal permits, and then hired a new contractor and managed the permit process to ensure that the renovation was not only completed, but was also in compliance with all City of Pasadena zoning, building and historical requirements. The property went on to win a historic preservation award in 2019
