Medical Office Building

As the entitlement process for a new medical office building in Pasadena grew more complex, Spot On was engaged to oversee not only the entitlements but also a collection of additional permitting responsibilities.  Spot On oversaw:

• Guiding the project through the City of Pasadena Design Review Commission. 

• Obtaining use of adjacent property for construction support. 

• Processing tieback and license agreements for construction of the garage. 

• Interaction and approval procedures with the adjacent MTA rail line. 

• Utility relocations and movement of AT&T cabling.
